What we collect

Account data (username, optional email, company name), the project data you create (boundaries, gates, plot-plan uploads, prices), and standard technical/usage logs. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send transactional email (verification, password reset, billing), and maintain security.

Subprocessors

We share data only as needed with: Stripe (payments), Google Maps Platform (mapping/geocoding), Upstash Redis and Vercel (hosting/storage/blob), and an email provider (Resend). Each processes data under its own terms.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your company's data by contacting support; deletion removes boundaries, uploads, and account records.

Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt); sessions use signed, httpOnly cookies; data is scoped per company. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.
