Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from the billing portal ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Monthly plans are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you were charged in error or are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, contact support@example.com and we'll review a refund in good faith.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and will notify you. Access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
