1. Agreement

By creating an account or using NextGen Neighbor (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

NextGen Neighbor provides tools to draw property boundaries, place gates, and generate fence materials estimates. Estimates are approximations for planning only and are not a guarantee of cost, quantity, or fit. You are responsible for verifying all measurements and quantities before purchasing materials or starting work.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for all users in your company workspace.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, infringe others' rights, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties including Google Maps, Stripe, and infrastructure/email providers. Your use is also subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
